50FT FORWARD AND BACKWARDS CRAWLS

ONE MINUTE REST BETWEEN ROUNDS

(This is basically like full-body sprinting, so even though this was not as hard as some days, it was still demanding enough to produce sweating for hours)

NUTRITION:

1 scoop Optimum PRE

130pm-

green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

2 BCAA caps

4pm-

Bunch of BBQ pulled pork, some sausage and a cucumber salad with cucumber, jalapeno, vinegar, red onion, cilantro

Trust me, I ate a ton of this! I hadn't really eaten since the night before at 9pm, so it was definitely pig out time. There is a reason there is only one full meal logged today.
