TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE. 500 REPS OF BASIC KICKING DRILLS.

(later AM I had a cup of black coffee with a tbsp of coconut oil)

1pm-

6 egg omelette with diced chicken jalapeño sausage, about 1 ouch of pepper jack cheese, red onion 

3 strips bacon

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

1 tbsp MCT oil

6pm-

1000mg vitamin C

7pm-

1 scoop Carnivor protein

930pm-

grassfed double hamburger on a Udi's GF bun w/ homemade primal mayo and red onion

huge (mixing bowl size) spinach salad with a whole large avocado, sliced red onion, red cabbage, tomato, shredded parmesan, and my homemade salad dressing

1 krill oil cap

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
