My weight is back to normal today after Sunday's junk fest. I hit the scale at 227 at noon. I checked it a few more times throughout the day and it hovered between there and 229 all day.

3 Metabodrene capsules
2 panax ginseng capsules

8am-
50 gr whey protein
2000mg fish oil
multivitamin

10am-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3d

12pm-postworkout
1 banana
25gr whey protein

2pm-
1 hamburger, wrapped in lettuce
1 banana
handful of raw almonds
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

430pm-
1 scoop Nutrex Hemo Rage

7pm-postworkout
2 scoops Afterglow

10pm-
Huge chunk of grilled salmon with lemon and salt and pepper
1 whole large avocado with lemon juice and cayennne pepper
handful of raw almonds
1 large broccoli crown dipped in Ranch.
3mg melatonin
3 Liver detox capsules
Roobios tea
