1 tbsp MCT oil

5 Aidell's chicken brats, made up a few different types

handful of raw almonds

fish oil and 5000u vitamin D

4pm-

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

1 tbsp MCT oil

7pm-postworkout

1 scoop Carnivor protein

930pm-

huge grilled steak 

a bunch of spicy kimchee (had to wash it down with Michelob Ultra)

1 krill oil cap (trying something different)

1130pm-

night supps: Zn, Mg, B6
