530PM-

REST DAY. JUST SOME INDIAN CLUBS AND FOAM ROLLING. 

NUTRITION:

8am-

caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 BCAA caps

10am-

Drank a sugar free Rockstar. Yeah, I know. Not something I'd recommend. It's been sitting in my gym fridge for a week after I got it and never drank it. I decided I'd better drink it or throw it away. 

2pm-

2 MCT caps (had these at home and ran out of coconut oil!)

about 4-6oz of leftover broiled salmon

6 strips of bacon

2oz of provolone cheese

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

caffeine/green tea. 

10pm-

2 MCT oil caps

huge chunk of an amazing grassfed pot roast

huge bunch of baked sweet potato chips (homemade of course. the store-bought ones are junk)

fish oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
