TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE, BAG DRILLS (Messed myself up doing these tonight. Good thing I have a good kettlebell shoulder rehab system)

NUTRITION:

9am-

caffeine/green tea

1130am-

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tbsp brown sugar

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of grilled steak

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

430pm-

1.5 scoops Optimum PRE

7pm-

2 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

bug chunk of broiled/baked salmon with a maple rub on it

about 2 cups jasmine rice with coconut aminos

huge spinach salad with purple cabbage, 1/2 a giant avocado, a handful of raw sunflower seeds and homemade dressing

about 12am I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6
