grilled steak

large handful of paleo nut mix

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-(preworkout)

7pm-

2 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

more grilled steak (I would love to say that this was all grassfed and local stuff, but it wasn't. When decent cuts are on sale I do take advantage, so this was just regular stuff from the big box store.)
