Met Stacey for lunch. Eating out is always less than ideal and options were limited in town. We decided on Winger's, since we both can handle their wings if we get the ones that are not coated in flour. We shared their biggest plate of wings with very little of their hot sauce and none of the sugary kind and I drank only water. I went straight home after and took my fish oil, cod liver oil, and vitamin D with a tbsp of coconut oil.

4pm-

Steak, huge salad with spinach, broccoli, tomato, raw sunflower seeds, mushrooms, arugula, and homemade dressing. Decided it was time for some carbs after several days with very few, so I chowed down 2 huge baked potatoes with butter and sour cream.
