leftover chicken breast

another big handful of paleo nut mix

about 1 oz of parmesean cheese

4000mg fish oil

4pm-(before training)

caffeine/green tea

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

I often just put "a whole mixing bowl of salad." So, here is a demo. This is more primal than strict paleo.

2 chicken breasts, gob of spinach, kale, red cabbage, red onion, raw sunflower seeds, a whole sliced avocado, grated Parmesan cheese
soaked in my own salad dressing made of olive oil, a couple different kinds of vinegar and some other seasonings.
