TURKISH GETUPS WITH PULLUP LADDERS: 16KG-40KG. RAN THROUGH THE RACK 4X, WITH 1-6 REP LADDERS OF PULLUPS. 24 GETUPS AND 84 PULLUPS. 

Worked at a steady pace alternating each exercise at the top of the minute. 

NUTRITION: 

9am-

1 scoop Nitraflex

1120am (postworkout)

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar

handful of paleo-approved nuts

4000mg fish oil

230pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

1 chicken breast cooked in bacon grease with another tbsp of coconut oil on it

handful of paleo nut mix

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

700pm-

4 BCAA/liver caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

grilled steak and a whole mixing bowl of salad with spinach, red leaf lettuce, red onion, 1/2 and avocado, sunflower seeds, grated parmesan cheese and homemade dressing

red wine

4000mg fish oil

1130pm-
