100 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL THRUSTERS IN LADDER SETS. ALL WITH DOUBLE 24KG.

NUTRITION: 

8am-

2 green tea caps

1000mg vitamin C

sipped green tea later

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 1/3lb grass-fed beef hamburgers on lettuce with homemade primal mayo

large baked sweet potato with tons of kerry gold butter and some grated parmesan 

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2 ginseng caps

(Note: I don't usually get too many carbs in the day, but since I was really low yesterday, knew my training wouldn't be for hours, and would be very short burst stuff, I wanted the glycogen stores up.)

5pm-

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

1 tbsp MCT oil

7pm-

1 scoop Carnivor protein

1000mg vitamin C

9pm-

Wasn't super hungry was a little drained from training. Ate about 1lb of leftover grass-fed beef pot roast and about a cup of bone broth...really yummy. Didn't have room for anything else.

3000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
