large baked sweet potato with tons of kerry gold butter and some grated parmesan

2 ginseng caps
(Note: I don't usually get too many carbs in the day, but since I was really low yesterday, knew my training wouldn't be for hours, and would be very short burst stuff, I wanted the glycogen stores up.)

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout
1 tbsp MCT oil

1 scoop Carnivor protein
1000mg vitamin C
9pm-
Wasn't super hungry was a little drained from training. Ate about 1lb of leftover grass-fed beef pot roast and about a cup of bone broth...really yummy. Didn't have room for anything else.
