NUTRITION: This was a pretty high carbohydrate day. I upped it a little today to make sure the glycogen stores were topped off for the next day's training.

100mg royal jelly

11am-

handful of jerky

handful of almonds

1 banana

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

several slices of BBQ Chinese pork with hot mustard and seeds

2 small baked potatoes with cheese

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

4pm-

300mg caffeine

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge hamburger wrapped in lettuce with tomato and bacon

giant amount of grilled zucchini spears with a red pepper flake and a small dusting of parmesean cheese

about 1/2 a grilled pineapple

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

1050mg milk thistle

1130pm-
