NUTRITION:
Saturday was a cheat meal, night out with friends.
Sunday was basically a lower activity day and I just ate a bunch of elk pepperoni about 1pm and then a huge salad with 2 large chicken breasts in it about 10pm.

2 scoops Carnivor protein w/1 tsp cinnamon

huge leftover pan fried chicken breast with some extra coconut oil on top
about 1oz of gruyere cheese
a few slices of dry salami

4pm-
1 scoop Nitraflex

1 tbsp coconut oil
about 1/2lb grilled bison burger on top of a grilled portabello mushroom, with swiss cheese and about 5 strips of bacon
about 1/2 a large black pineapple tomato from the garden sliced up and made into little sandwiches with bacon and swiss cheese
3 glasses of V8 juice (got as a mix for bloody maries, and while there was a little vodka in the first, I love V8 juice so much I can hardly contain myself with it. I used to like it better than any soda as a kid. In reviewing it, I think it might actually be a great postworkout drink in place of a sports drink, but definitely not something I would recommend just drinking on regularly.)
