Nutrition was normal. Sorry I didn't log it. I was super strict because I didn't want to feel terrible for the next day. I had to be 100%.
9/12 (Planned cheat meal(s) today. One was after the hardest training session of the month, and about 18hrs since the last meal. I also had two social events today and knew I'd be eating/drinking some junk. Honestly, I hope I took in 5000-6000 calories.

3pm-(planned post workout cheat meal at Goodwood)

shared some hot wings, probably had some kind of yucky sauce on them.
about 8oz of BBQ beef brisket with a ton of fries
washed it down with Michelob Ultra

Dinner out with friends at Tucano's. Really, not a cheat meal other than the normal risks of eating out. Brazillian BBQ isn't that bad. Tons of salad with nothing but vinegar and oil, and tons of roasted meat. I did wash it down with 2 Michelob Ultras...That is my cheat part of this meal.
