Didn't intend on having this, but Bob Condon brought an awesome gourmet cupcake to the gym for my wife, who can't eat any wheat, due to allergies...I had to take one for the team and eat it. Amazing...marshmallow cream frosting. Right after workout, so I not the worst time for the sugars.
10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
My standard mixing bowl of salad with homemade dressing.
Whole bunch of shrimp pan-cooked in coconut oil, with a yummy lobster tail, and about 2 cups of jasmine rice.
(I can handle this high-carb day because I will be doing double workouts today and tomorrow).
About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
