20 MINUTES ALTERNATING HINDU PUSHUPS AND 48KG(106LB) KETTLEBELL SWINGS

 

NUTRITION

200mg caffeine

100mg royal jelly

 

7am-

handful of raw almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover grilled tri-tip steak

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

415pm-(preworkout)

3 scoops Cardio Igniter (Thank you Jennifer Luddington at A2O Fitness for bringing this stuff to my attention!)

 

7pm-(postworkout)

50gr Carnivore protein

2 large bananas

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

10pm-

Mixing bowl-sized salad with:

2 chicken breasts

1 whole avocado

handful of raw sunflower seeds

bunch of kalamata olives

artichoke hearts

one whole tomato

1 whole broccoli crown

red onion

about 1/4 cup of homemade EVOO and basalmic vinegar dressing

fish oil

cod liver oil

 

About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
