REST DAYS

Skipped my normal sprints this weekend to let a strain heal from last week. A minor one, but I wanted to be safe. 

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

whole avocado sliced up and put on top of bacon strips

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

345pm-

1 scoop Havok preworkout

7pm-

1000mg vitamin C

(Usually forget to log this, but after workouts in the early evening I usually take 1000mg vitamin C as an antioxidant to help reduce cortisol levels and adrenal health. I keep a little supply of this in my gym fridge.)

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 huge grassfed beef hamburgers on top of a portabello mushroom with bacon and avocado. grated a little parmesean on it too. 

snacked on the rest of the avocado

fish oil

cod liver oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
