TRAINING:
12pm-
8 PRESS AND SWING LADDERS, 1-3 REPS. ALL PRESSES WITH DOUBLE 32KG. ALL SWINGS WITH 48KG.
(This is why you don't get off track in a program. You freelance or modify and then get sidetracked).
4-7pm-
Shoveled and hauled gravel in a wheelbarrow continuously for 3 hours, taking only quick drinks of water when dumping loads of it. Had a light sweat going the whole time and today I feel 100%.
I honestly haven't done this type of hard physical labor for an extended period for a long time, but used to work like this every day. The current training I do must work well, since I feel like I could jump right into a heavy job like this and feel just fine.
NUTRITION:
8am-
1 tbsp coconut oil
1030am-
1 scoop Havok preworkout
145pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge chunk of leftover steak
a few handfuls of a mix of raw almonds, dried cranberries, raw sunflower seeds, etc.
(The sugars in this is OK right after workout).
fish oil
cod liver oil
5000iu vitamin D
9pm-
Didn't feel like cooking tonight. Went to the Mongolian BBQ. No disaster nutritionally. Meat and vegetables only. No noodles. Stuck to clear sauces like garlic, ginger, curry, red pepper. Avoided any dark sauces since they would probably be soy sauce-based.
fish oil
cod liver oil
11pm-
Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
