about 1/2lb grass-fed beef hamburger on lettuce wrap with homemade primal mayo

about 6oz of smoked pork shoulder

big handful of raw almonds

about 1oz of kerrygold cheese

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

5pm-

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of baked wild salmon

about 2 cups jasmine rice with coconut oil and liquid aminos

huge bunch of steamed spinach with tons of kerrygold butter and lemon

11pm
