Planned cheat meal with a giant hamburger on a GF bun with piles of French fries and Michelob Ultra. Sad, I know. This is the only beer I seem to be able to handle...(What is it with me and giant hamburgers lately? Not even hugely interested in steak or chicken.)

1 scoop Muscletech Anarchy (last of this I had)

10am-

20gr recovery whey protein with 40gr carbs. Mixed in 1 tsp raw cinnamon.

2 liver caps

1pm-

Lunch at Mongolian grill. No noodles. 1 cup of white rice. Just loaded the "Barbarian" bowl with beef, green onion, spinach, cilantro, broccoli, and red cabbage. Sauces were curry, ginger, red pepper, garlic, lemon, and sesame oil. This does not have to be a disaster f you avoid noodles and keep to mostly clear sauces that are not likely to have lots of sugar and soy sauce.
