Actually tried one of Carl's Jr. double "all natural" burgers on a lettuce wrap. Not bad. Supposedly it comes from New Zealand. You are pretty much guaranteed your meat is grassfed if it comes from there. It is much more expensive to feed them otherwise there.

I took quite a bit of fish oil today considering all the meat I ate was grassfed. In all, I ate almost 2lbs of meat. I think I was craving the protein. Pretty messed up from all the dips and rows earlier.
