Pig out at brazillian BBQ! Really, pretty nutrition friendly, since it is just tons of meat. I also ate a huge salad that was mostly raw spinach, broccoli, olives and vinegar and olive oil. The only thing unfriendly was a huge beer I drank with it (Bud light...gluten and grain free. The only beer I can get away with anymore. This is a rarity.).
No need to eat anymore today. Not hungry at all.
