about 3 cups of jasmine rice with coconut aminos (white rice is like candy for me. I didn't have any training left to do today, so I figured it wouldn't kill me. I felt pretty hung over for the rest of the day, but I think I'll probably have those glycogen stores topped off for some max effort glycolytic work planned the next day!)

huge spinach salad with a giant avocado and a whole huge tomato from the garden

about 6oz of roast beef
