caffeine/green tea

9am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tsp cinnamon

handful of almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover roast beef

handful of raw almonds

2 small tomatoes from the garden with salt and pepper on them

about 1oz of parmesan cheese

4000mg fish oil

4pm-

1 scoop Nitraflex

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 giant hamburgers with habanero jack cheese on lettuce

huge salad with a whole large avocado, a whole large tomato, red onion, and homemade dressing

4000mg fish oil

1130pm-

50mg Zn

100mg B6

400mg magnesium citrate
