15 MINUTES OF INDIAN CLUB DRILLS

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, 100 REPS OF BASIC KICKING DRILLS

6 PRESS AND SWING LADDERS, 1-3 REPS. ALL WITH 40KG.

200mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 scoop Havok preworkout

2pm-

25gr Carnivore protein with 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar and 1 tbsp chia seed

one whole giant avocado with lime, salt and pepper

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled grassfed sirloin (it was supposed to be steak, but I think it was actually a roast. ended up cooking it like a tri-tip and it came out OK)

huge salad

red wine

big chunk of 72% dark chocolate

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
