Weekly cheat meal.
Had some green tea early, then fasted most of the day. Taught my class at 10, and then went to my parents' and helped them trim a hedge and let my dog play with their dogs and other animals until about 2pm.
About 430pm, Stacey and I went to a BBQ place and I pigged out on brisket, wings, a pile of french fries, and washed it down with some Michelob Ultra. I took along 3600mg of fish oil and took it with dinner.
