huge spinach salad (mixing bowl), with red onion, red cabbage, a whole large avocado, a whole can of pole caught tuna, handful of pumpkin seeds, and soaked in my homemade dressing

probably about 6 strips of thick bacon (natural stuff from a ranch in MT. cut really thick in odd sizes)

3600mg fish oil
