1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

1 tbsp MCT oil

1 ginseng caps

10am-

1 scoop Carnivor protein

1200mg fish oil

1230pm- (kind of random lunch)

1 tbsp MCT oil

handful of raw almonds

couple handfuls of jerky

bunch of Chinese BBQ pork with hot horseradish mustard

turkey breast wrapped in lettuce with hot mustard (Kind of a clean version of lunchmeat, no cornstarch, GF, etc)

3600mg fish oil

2 ginseng caps

4pm-

1 Zero Carb Monster

1 tbsp MCT oil

930pm-

Bunch of grilled chicken thighs

huge spinach salad with a whole avocado, red cabbage, red onion, grated parmesan, pumpkin seeds and my homemade dressing

large baked potato soaked with Kerrygold butter, grated parmesan, red pepper flake, and sea salt

large glass of red wine

11pm-

Zm, Mg, B6
