about 6-8oz of leftover grilled salmon

about 5 strips of bacon

about 15 raw almonds

about 2oz of pepperjack cheese

5000iu vitamin D

vitamin E

4pm-

3 scoops Neurocore

10pm-

about 12oz of grilled steak

huge salad with misc veggies and one whole avocado with homemade EVOO dressing

about 1/2 an organic chocolate bar with 1 tbsp coconut oil smeared on top

About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin.
