Took it easy, since it was my 10th training session of the week. This was my version of steady-state cardio for about 50 minutes. 

20 MINUTES, ALTERNATING 24KG H2H SWINGS AND HINDU PUSHUPS

300 HINDU SQUATS (SET OF 20 AT THE START OF EACH MINUTE FOR 15 MINUTES)

10 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS (Sam Il x 10. About 60% power, for skill work.)

NUTRITION: 

Too busy and tired to log nutrition today. 

NEW PROGRAM

Working on a new program marketed towards guys that are in serious need of a masculinity overhaul (i.e man-boob and beer belly reduction). This will be a 6-week program, 5 x per week - with strict nutritional guidelines - designed to de-pussify men in their late 20s-40s. 

There are too many men walking around that are simply in terrible shape. This is also an age group that I have seen superfast results in, so it makes my job fun. I am looking forward to this. 

This will entail nothing but hard-ass workouts and balls-to-the walls training for 6 weeks. I DO NOT want any whiners, excuses, or bitching about things hurting or reasons for why some of this is too hard or inconvenient. If you think this might be too rough for you, then it will be. I do not want to hear from you. Go find a Planet Fitness, metrosexual home video training program, or find a Zumba class.

I am only interested in hearing reasons why this can be done.

If you don't like endless squats, burpees, pushups, pullups (or substitutes for them), sprints, and kettlebell swings this is not for you. I also don't want to hear some weak excuses why eliminating things like bread, beer and sugary crap is impossible. If you want to lose the man-boobs and beer gut, you will do these things.

If not, don't bitch, go back to your high estrogen levels and the Lifetime Channel. 

Expect to lose between 20 and 30lbs of fat and get stronger, IF you follow all my directions and make at least 90% of training sessions. If not, all bets are off. 

I plan to start this Oct. 1st. and will entail a max of 10 guys. Special pricing will be in effect temporarily for this program, but it will go up in the future.
