NUTRITION: 

8am-

green tea/caffeine

9am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1tsp cinnamon

handful of almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

1pm-

3 BCAA caps

1 tbsp coconut oil

bunch of wild salmon lox with lemon and pepper

whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

5pm-

1 scoop GAT Nitraflex

8pm-

This week's cheat meal. Boise Fry Company. I love this place because they serve grassfed bison. The get it locally, from the same place we get ours from. 

Double bison burger on a GF bun with a huge pile of fries.

4000mg fish oil

About 11pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
