about 8oz of leftover grassfed sirloin

bunch of homemade baked kale chips. They were baked in coconut oil in the oven with some Himalayan salt on them. Really yummy.

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

1.5 scoops IMR Vortex

7pm-

500mg vitamin C

2 beef liver caps

9pm-

Had family over for dinner. Stacey made a couple roasts in the crockpot. At a ton of local, grassfed beef with some garlic mashed potatoes and a huge salad with spinach and avocado with homemade dressing on it. Had some red wine with dinner.

11pm-

50mg zinc

400mg magnesium glycinate
