PULLUPS AND PRESSES IN LADDER SETS. ALL WITH DOUBLE 28KG

3 X 5 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL FRONT SQUATS, 24KG, 28KG, 32KG (TRYING TO MIMICK 5/3/1 WITH KETTLEBELL SQUATS ON SQUAT DAYS...PRETTY EASY, BUT I'M JUST TRYING TO KEEP WITH PROGRAM).

NUTRITION:

200mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

2 ginseng caps

Not the best lunch, but pressed for time. Resorted to a kind of lunch meat that was supposedly without any of the normal nasty stuff they have. It wasn't bad, but I still don't like pre sliced and packaged meats.

Lettuce wraps with turkey breast and ham, with a homemade primal mayo and spicy brown mustard

handful of raw almonds

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2 ginseng caps

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

Yummy, yummy dinner. 

Grilled up a couple more of the Omaha steak fillet mignon with a bunch of shrimp skewers. Had a huge spinach salad with it with my homemade dressing. Stacey brought home some Omission gluten free IPA and I filled a big mug with it...almost qualifies as a cheat meal.
