(Kept these light and emphasized a strict 2-1-2 tempo, and began a new set at the top of each minute.)

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover roast beef

whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

green tea/caffeine

3 BCAA caps

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about a 1/2lb grassfed beef hamburger on a portabello mushroom

huge salad with homemade dressing

handful of paleo nut mix

About 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6
