caffeine/green tea mix

1 scoop Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon

1pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

several strips of bacon

about 2oz of cheese and 5 small tomatoes from the garden

fish oil

cod liver oil

Siberian ginseng

545pm-

1 scoop GAT Nitraflex

10pm- Cheat meal tonight. This might seem nuts, but I have been craving french fries like mad all week (probably because my weight was down to 223 one night). I didn't feel like making my own so I got a bag of frozen xtra crispy ones and made a ton of them and ate them with a giant steak and red wine...Yummy!
