1 tbsp MCT oil

giant chunk of roast beef

huge spinach salad 

been experimenting with making bloody marys, and mixed some V8 and a gluten free vodka. I have always loved V8 juice, but I rarely ever drink it. Alcohol is alcohol, but I suppose it is not the most harmful way to go.
