couple handfuls of a nut mix I made at home with, almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews, raw sunflower seeds, and raw walnuts

3 BCAA caps

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 8oz of leftover broiled wild salmon

bunch of steamed broccoli with butter and lemon

about 2-3 cups of jasmine rice with coconut aminos
