about 6oz of BBQ pork with hot mustard

handful of raw almonds

about 1 oz of dry cheese

fish oil

vitamin D

830pm-

Mongolian BBQ. This is not a nutritional disaster if you skip the noodles and stick to sauces like curry, ginger, lemon and red pepper flake
