BRIEF EXERCISE BREAKS WHILE FLOOR CLEANING: LOADED THE TRAP BAR UP WITH MY BODYWEIGHT (225#) AND DID 1,000FT OF CARRIES. 

530PM-

4 strips of bacon

handful of raw almonds

3 BCAA caps

230pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 6oz of roasted turkey breast

handful of raw almonds

about 2oz of Swiss cheese

300mg caffeine/green tea

730pm-

3 BCAA caps

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 12oz of grilled grassfed steak

huge spinach and avocado salad with homemade dressing and various other veggies

about 12am I will hit the Zn, Mg and B6

PROGRESS PHOTO: 

Weight at 226#. Despite having to scale back training due to the nasty IT band issue I've been nursing, I've been able to maintain due to proper nutrition. 

Also, remember that this is me 365 days per year. No dieting...ever. I don't count calories. Well-hydrated, and strong as ever. This is a weight I can maintain all year.
