Jerky and almonds for breakfast

1 whole avocado, bunch of bacon, raw pecans and blueberries for lunch

Giant chunk of grilled wild salmon (caught 9 days before and frozen in Alaska), huge spinach salad for dinner

8am-
300 mg caffeine

10am-(postworkout)
2 handfuls of blueberries and raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

2pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
about 12oz of grilled steak
about 16 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

4pm-
300mg caffeine

945pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge spinach salad with homemade dressing
big grilled steak
about 1/3 of a whole pineapple chopped up
3600mg flax oil
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130 I will hit the ZMA and melatonin

While I DO NOT worry about limiting my red meat intake too much, I will say that I don't like to eat this much in one day. But, I had to cook some steak earlier today that was in the refrigerator or it would go bad, and Stacey really wanted steak tonight and had them ready to grill when I got home tonight. What ya gonna do?

I try to keep the diet a little more varied that this, so I will probably have more fish tomorrow.
