3 BCAA caps

1 tbsp coconut oil
huge chunk of broiled wild salmon with lemon, salt and pepper
gigantic amounts of jasmine rice covered in coconut aminos
big spinach and avocado salad with homemade dressing and a few tomatoes from the garden
12am-
50mg zinc
400mg magnesium citrate
100mg vitamin B6
