930pm-(Not much appetite for dinner. Actually just felt exhausted from training tonight. Hardest of the week and I left nothing.)
1 tbsp coconut oil
some leftover tri-tip and a couple huge baked potatoes with grated cheese, tons of butter, and red pepper flake
