25gr Carnivore protein with 1/tsp raw cinnamon

5000iu vitamin D

11am-(sipped aminos during/after workout)

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

chunk of leftover grilled steak and a baked potato with butter, parmesean cheese and red pepper flakes

(I know it is rare that I would eat some starchy carb this early, but I didn't plan on working hard later so I didn't stress about how it would affect energy levels).

grilled wild salmon and a huge spinach salad
