200MG CAFFEINE/GREEN TEA MIXTURE

1 TBSP MCT oil

handful of raw almonds and a handful of jerky

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

12pm-

3 BCAA caps

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

large leftover pan fried chicken breast with fresh lime and coconut oil

1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

3 small sliced tomatoes with salt and pepper (from the garden, had to eat them before they go bad)

fish oil

4pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

8pm-

3 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 12oz of grilled steak

huge salad with romain lettuce, spinach, kale, a whole avocado, red onion, tomatoes from the garden and vinegar and olive oil dressing
