TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 07/22/14

TRAINING: 

Only had about 10 minutes to train today so I made the best use of that time I could, 10 minutes with a 106lb kettlebell. 

New set of 10 swings every 60 seconds for 10 sets. That's it. No time for anything else today. 

NUTRITION:

9am-

1 tbsp MCT oil

3 BCAA caps

handful of raw almonds and a handful of jerky

fish oil

vitamin D

11am-

large glass of brewed green tea

1pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 6oz of leftover bison meat with 2 fried eggs

1/2 large avocado

fish oil

330pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

10pm-(after 2 days of almost no carbs at all, tonight was a huge glycogen refill)

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 large organic chicken breasts pan fried in bacon grease

2 huge, huge baked potatoes with tons of grass fed butter and some full fat sour cream

several small tomatoes from the garden with salt and pepper (was going to put them in some kind of salad, but they were just too good like this and I really couldn't eat any more tonight)

vitamin D

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
