Cooled down and finished out with sets of Hindu pushups.

It was kinda hot out and I did this one mostly outside today. You know you are sweating when you lose 3lbs of water weight during the workout, while downing about 1/2 gallon of water. 

All challenge reps in this week.

1300mg Korean ginseng

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky, almonds, and 25gr Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

2400mg Siberian ginseng

huge leftover grilled chicken breast

6 strips of bacon

large handful of raw almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

2.5 scoops Jack3D

645pm-(postworkout)

1 bananas

25gr Carnivore protein

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge leftover bison burger wrapped in lettuce with 3 strips of bacon

giant broccoli crown dipped in bleu cheese dressing 

2400mg fish oil

3600mg flax oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130 I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
