16 MINUTES ALTERNATING 24KG KETTLEBELL SNATCHES AND 200YD RUN

6PM-

TAEKWON-DO: 21 HYUNGS, BASICS, TABATA DRILLS, BREAKING (Or attempted breaking...messed up my hand for the 100th time breaking. The only way to get tougher.)

NUTRITION:

8am-

300mg caffeine

11am-(postworkout)

bunch of misc fruit...melon, grapes, pineapple, orange

25gr Carnivore protein

2400mg fish oil

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 7oz of canned sardines in mustard

6 strips of bacon

handful of raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

5pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

930pm-

2 large grilled chicken breasts

huge salad with tons of misc. veggies and homemade dressing

3600mg fish oil

3600mg flax oil

1 cod liver oil cap

About 1130, ZMA, melatonin and zzzzzzzz.

Honest sweat...only 16 minutes and one kettlebell (Yes, that is sweat on my shorts).
