TRAINING:

5 TAEKWON-D0 HYUNGS (Yes...not much practice here today, but I will get 6 days of training in this week, so no guilt).

200 SQUATS

50 PULLUPS

50 RING DIPS

500 squats, 100 pullups and 350 pushups in so far this week, if I count leading class through warmups.

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine

745am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and almonds

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

4000iu vitamin D

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover steak

3 eggs

handful of raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

4pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

930pm-

huge portion of grilled pork tenderloin...amazing

2 large baked potatoes with tons of organic butter and sour cream

huge salad with my homemade EVOO and basalmic vinaigrette dressing

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

3000mg flaxseed oil

1130pm....ZMA and melatonin.....Zzzzz.
