NUTRITION:
Nutrition has been strict, with one cheat meal exception Saturday night where I had some fried calamari and a gin and tonic. I felt horrible afterwards! The sugar in the tonic and probably wheat flour on the calamari. I felt miserable.
Ugly video of the last round of Saturday's training...My technique was getting pretty soft here by the end of this in 90+ degree heat. Also, the legs were starting to feel over 400 kicks and 400 squats. I can see that this particular box that I use for a depth gauge is too high. I barely make it to parallel. Need to ditch it and make sure I go lower.
