Took a very easy day.
Worked with Indian clubs and the mace for about 30 minutes.
Light deadlifts: 1 x 5 @ 335#.
PNF stretching, rolled on the roller and pipes.
Easy Turkish Getup demos with the 16kg for about an hour.

Just plain didn't feel like cooking tonight and Stacey was busy with work so I grabbed some Mongolian to go on the way home. Mongolian is fine if you are careful about what you get there. Filled the bowl with nothing but meat and vegetables. No rice. No noodles. Be careful of sauces. Anything dark is likely mostly soy sauce and has wheat in it. I just used garlic, curry, ginger, red pepper sauce, lemon and some sesame oil.
